* All applicant 18 years old and over must complete an application*

 

Upon acceptance of your application, the following payments are required prior to move-in:

 

**Separate payments are necessary:**

• First month's rent plus a $100 non-refundable move-in fee

• Security deposit equal to one month's rent

 

**Acceptable payment methods include cash, money order, and cashier's check.**

 

**Additional Fees/Charges:**

• Pets: deposit required

• Utilities: dependent on building

• Parking: $25 per vehicle per month for additional vehicles beyond assigned spots
