*$25 per applicant 18 years old and over - refundable upon application acceptance*

 

Upon acceptance of your application, the following payments are required prior to move-in:

 

**Separate payments are necessary:**

• First month's rent plus a $100 non-refundable move-in fee

• Security deposit equal to one month's rent

 

**Acceptable payment methods include cash, money order, and cashier's check.**

 

**Additional Fees/Charges:**

​

• Pets: deposit equal to 25% of one month's rent

• Utilities: $20 per person per month

• Parking: $30 per vehicle per month for additional vehicles beyond assigned spots
