Our Full Property Management Services encompass: 

• Tenant Screening

• Rent Collection  (both paper and electronic)

• Maintenance Coordination for tenant-occupied units and buildings

• Move In/Out Services

• Preventative Maintenance Programs

• Financial Reporting  (Monthly & Yearly)

 

We believe in transparency and charge a % of gross rent for full property management services - typically 4-8% based on criteria like owner needs and age/condition of building.

What we DO NOT charge Owners:

• Initial Placement Fees  (other companies charge 50-100% of gross rent)

• Lease Renewal Fees  (other companies charge 25-50% of gross rent)

• Advertising Fees  (other companies charge up to 10% of gross rent)
